She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edelen and Ethel Edelen (Osborne); and her siblings, Phillip Edelen and Julita Buckman. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Hayden; her son Jarrod Thomas Hayden; her close friend Katelyn Miller; her siblings, Kim Hayden (Steve), Tim Edelen (Glenda), Regina Shively (Jeff) and Joseph Edelen; and her mother-in-law Betty Hayden of Campbellsville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
