She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Spencer and Grace Thompson (Thompson); her husband William "Bill" Clark; and her siblings, Janice Pedigo, Nona Houk, Geraldine Meadows, Joseph Thompson, Kathryn Thompson, Nellie Thompson, Madelyn Thompson and Oleeda Bolton.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronnie Slinker of Campbellsville and Rex Slinker of Louisville; and her sisters, Nina Larimore Lobb and Yvonne Coffey. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
