She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester T. Payne and Betty Yates Payne. She is survived by: her husband Robert Neagle; and her siblings, Linda Clarke (Marty) of Campbellsville, Buzzy Payne of Raywick, Curtis Payne (Tammy) and Steve Payne of Lebanon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
