He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Louis Schoenberger and Mary Waters Brown; and his nephew Steve Schoenberger. He is survived by: his wife Clara Ellis-Durham of Campbellsville Two; his children, Robert Donn Schoenberger (Lilly) of Idaho and Donna Joyce Konvalin (Tony) of Columbia; and his sister Donna Mae Cable of Fountain Vally, CA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren 27 great-grandchildren.
