He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Frances and Antoinette Nastri Frances. He is survived by: his wife Grace Frances; his daughter Sharon Frances of Elkhorn; and his close friends, John Weston of Elkhorn, Frank Atwood of Connecticut, Henry Lee Colvin of Campbellsville and Eb Arnold of Elkhorn.
