He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Underwood and Flora Tucker English; his daughter Charlotte Frame; and his brother Garry Wayne Underwood. He is survived by: his children, Danny Dale Underwood, Jr. (Leeanna) of Columbia, Dale Wayne Underwood of Columbia and Stacey Roberts Morgan of Brandenburg; his brother Carlton Underwood of Campbellsville; and his grandchildren, Aviana Jean Underwood, Noah Dale Underwood, Dakota Cheeks, Chasity Daughtery, Corey Kenworthy, Michael Catron, Joshua Catron and Fancy Morgan.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the God's Friendship Chapel (214 Carnation St, Campbellsville, KY 42718).
