Cody Carson Baxter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2023, at the age of 33, Cody Carson Baxter of Campbellsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Kenneth Smith; and his stepfather Ed Cheatham. He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Baxter (Cathy) of Campbellsville and Cyndi Smith Cheatham of Campbellsville; his sisters, Kate Cheatham and Olivia Cheatham of Campbellsville; his fiancé Ashley James; his children, Maddie and Archie of Campbellsville; his grandparents, Faye, Boogie Faulkner of Campbellsville, Wayne and Linda Baxter of Campbellsville; and his stepsiblings, Brian Young (Shannon) of Jamestown and Andrea Bolin (Jeff) of Campbellsville. He is also survived by three canine children; many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
BURIAL: Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, EXPRESSIONS OF SYMPATHY REQUESTED TO BE DONATIONS TO THE SCHOLARSHIP FUND FOR MADDIE AND ARCHIE OR THE AMERICAN DIABETES ASSOCIATION AND MAY BE MADE AT PARROTT & RAMSEY FUNERAL HOME.
