She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Thornton of Greensburg, Dale Thornton of Campbellsville, Chris Thornton of Campbellsville, Angela Alexander of Phenix City, AL and Karen Brown (Joseph) of McKinney, TX.; her grandchildren, LaTasha Blizzard (Nathan) of Camp Zama, Japan, Cynthia Thornton of Antioch, Tommy Jermaine Thornton, Erika Thornton Both of Phenix City, AL, Dwayne Thornton Jr. of Campbellsville, Shatia "Tia" Thornton of Campbellsville, Jeremy Hatcher of Campbellsville, Shanice Bridgewater of Campbellsville, Dayle Dondra Thornton of Campbellsville, Austyn Thornton of Campbellsville, Dalvian Thornton of Santa Barbara, CA, Breonah Brown, Kaleb Brown and Both of Mckinney, TX.; her siblings, Betty Hazard of Campbellsville, KY, Jim Smith (Terry) of Aurora, IL and Jerry Smith (Bonita) of Hephzibah; and her sisters-in-law, LouAnn Menefee (Nathaniel) of Fayetteville, NC and Carolyn Thornton Shively (Bert) of Greensburg. She is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, Several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
