It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jean Brown of Campbellsville, Kentucky, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fred Simpson, Jr. and Shelia Mae Gumm; her husband Billy Ray "Goat" Brown; her children, Joshua Doyle Simpson, Sr. and Tara Simpson Lamer; and her sister Bridgette Denise Simpson.
She is survived by: her son Brandon Brown (Makyta); her grandchildren, Ryan Sears (Kailey), Josh Simpson, Jr., Jacob Simpson and Serenity Brown; her great grandchildren, Daxton Sears and Mihlaya Sears; her nephews, Trent Waymon (Heather) and Trinity (Blayne Waymon); and her daughter-in-law Kari Simpson.
