He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Wayne Patton (Karen) of Wayne, MI and Beverly Rose Caldwell Floyd of Lebanon, KY.; his wife Amber Dawn Hagan Floyd of Campbellsville; his daughter Amayah Brynn Floyd; and his brothers, Derrick Maurice Floyd of Grand Prairie, TX and Thomas Deshawn Floyd of Battle Creek, MI.. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, along with a host of nieces and nephews, and many friends.
