It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ries Ewing of Campbellsville, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on March 24, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Ries and Vivian Ries; her sister Linda Ries Hays; her husband Dr. James A. Ewing; her children, Dr. Jimmy Ewing (Pam) of Campbellsville, Kentucky, Jennifer Meyers (Chuck) of Erlanger, Kentucky and Jill Lee (Keith) of Frankfort, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Shelby Ewing Gatlin (Bryan), Ries Ewing (Kelsey), Jennifer Mason Lee, Walker Lee, Carson Meyers and Cooper Meyers; her great grandchild Grayson Gatlin; and her caregiver Amanda McNeill.
