He is survived by: his wife Diana Smith of Campbellsville; his children, Madison Smith of Campbellsville, Luke Smith (Beth) of Leoma, TN and Brittney Jones (Caitlin) of Union Grove, AL.; and his grandchildren, Kyler Smith, Gage Smith of Leoma, TN, Hayden of Union Grove, AL, Katlyn and Kaleb of Texas, Several.
