She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Thomas Cash and Ada Gladys Shofner Cash; her siblings, Junior, Barbara and Lorene; and her half-siblings, Raymond, Wilson and Hazel.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Harden (Mazetta) of Somerset, Cheri Ramsey of Campbellsville, Kathy Wethington (Tommy) of Liberty, Libby Wilson of Campbellsville and Diane Johnson (Danielle) of Ohio.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the L. R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service (1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
