He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Spradling and Ethel Spradling (Hardin); his wife Betty Spradling (Martin); and his children, Sandy Walling, Jeff Spradling and Philip Spradling.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Norvell (Glenn) of Lexington, Jamie Tingle of Lexington, Lori Ervin (Gary) of Sulphur and Michael Heilman (Patti) of LaGrange; and his sister Grace Mitchell of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by 15 Grandchildren 28 Great-Grandchildren 1 Great-Great-Grandson.
Memorial Contributions may be given to Campbellsburg Christian Church.
