He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Garner. He is survived by: his wife Crystal Garner (Perkins) of Bedford; his children, Madison Leona, Kaitlyn Denise Linville and Vincent Bradford Linville; his parents, Martha Jan Hall of Elizabethtown and Michael Garner of Texas; and his parents-in-law, Bradford and Sharon Perkins of Campbellsburg.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Martha Jan Hall of Elizabethtown.
