He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Newby and Juanita Newby (McAlister). He is survived by: his wife Deborah K. Justice; his sister Carolyn Quire (Lewis) of Pleasureville, Kentucky; his brothers-in-law, Darrell Justice (Kay) of Turners Station, Terry Justice (Tina) of Campbellsburg and Larry Justice of Campbellsburg; his nieces, Suzanne Quire of Shelbyville and Sharon Trevino of Crosley, Texas; and his nephew Brian Quire of Pleasureville. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
