She was predeceased by: her father Eugene Rusatsky. She is survived by: her mother Eleanor Rusatsky (Zackus) of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; her brother Gene Rusatsky (Robin) of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; and her nephew Tony Rusatsky (Jada).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Family Resource Center (Payable to Henry County Public Schools, 326 S. Main St., New Castle, Ky. 40050).
