He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe A., Sr. and Margaret Airington (Wittwer); and his siblings, Rosemary Howard and John Airington. He is survived by: his daughters, Julie L. Airington of London, Tina Sparks (Eddie) of New Castle and Carolyn Airington (Shelby Richmond) of Campbellsburg; and his siblings, Ina Beckham of Glencoe, Kentucky and Charlie Airington (Patsy) of LaGrange. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
