Parks of Campbellsburg; his sisters, Mary Helen Parks of Louisville and Sue Kiefer of Louisville; his grandchildren, James Ayres, Amanda Ayres, McKayla Dowden, Ryan Dowden, Michael Parks, Josh Parks, Cory Parks, Dakota Parks, John Thomas Parks and Brent Parks; his great grandchildren, Jada Ayres, Seth Ayres, Zarek Corbett, Chloe Dowden, McKinzie Parks, Amber Parks, Katlyn Parks, Payton Parks, Liam Parks, Dustin Layton and Emily Layton; and his great great grandchildren, James Camden Cox, Isaac Hazelwood and Holly Hazelwood.
