He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald C. Moore and Brenda Lee Moore (Coots); his wife Brenda Jean Moore; his sister Melinda Lee Moore; and his grandchildren, Dylan and Dawson Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Carissa Nation (Donald Webster) of Campbellsburg, Caitlyn Moore of Shelbyville and Adam Moore of New Castle; his sisters, Tara Henry of Worthville and Kim Moore of Campbellsburg; and his grandchildren, Quentin, Bella, Branden, Aleaha, Mylee, Tommy Dean and Cain.
Grandchildren: Quentin, Bella, Branden, Aleaha, Mylee, Tommy Dean and Cain, Memorial Contributions may be given toward the final funeral expenses.
