He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ennis and Elizabeth Frances Lyle (Rogers); and his siblings, Roger Lyle, Billy Lyle, Dorothy Southall and Joan Noel.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Lyle (Walton) of Campbellsburg; his sons, David Mark Lyle (Ruth) of Lexington, Lesley Clayborn Lyle (Gina) of Campbellsburg and Benjamin William Lyle of Frankfort; his brother James Ennis Lyle (Iretta) of Herndon; and his grandchildren, Will, Adam, Ethan, Michael, Ginny and Amy.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, WHAS Crusade or Kosair for Kids.
