She was predeceased by: her parents, Buford L. Martin and Elaine Martin (Taylor); her children, Sandy Walling, Jeff Spradling and Philip H. Spradling; her siblings, Judy Martin and Tommy Martin; and her half-brother Ralph Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Philip C. Spradling of Campbellsburg; and her children, Teresa Norvell (Glenn) of Lexington, Jamie Tingle of Lexington, Lori Ervin (Gary) of Sulphur and Michael Heilman (Patti) of LaGrange.
