He is survived by: his wife Terri Cummings of Campbellsburg; his stepsons, Greg Hart of Louisville and John Hart of Louisville; his sister Cathy Lynn Cummings of Ramsey; his mother-in-law Mary Hillard of Elizabethtown; and his siblings-in-law, David Hillard of Tucson, Michael Hillard (Becky) of Elizabethtown and Alina Edlin (Johnny) of Elizabethtown.
