He is survived by : his daughters, Katherine Elizabeth Dickey and Karen; and his siblings, Audrey Nelson, Janet Cabbage (Earl), Phyllis Flynn, Danny Pursiful (Debbie) and David Pursiful. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
