She was predeceased by: her husband William Clarence Goldsby; her parents, Mike Mathis and Doris Avery; her stepfather Bill Avery; her son David William Goldsby; and her siblings, Laverne Soverns and Gary Avery.
She is survived by: her children, Vanessa Henderson (Walter) of Paducah, Pamela Workman (Paul) of Livingston County and Matthew Goldsby of Calvert City; and her brothers, Greg Avery of Grand Rivers and Gerald Avery of Grand Rivers. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
