She was predeceased by: her former husband Vernon Lee Manley; her husband Billy Gaylon West; her son Jackie Lee Manley; her brother Jackie Tribble; and her parents, Ellis Tribble and Opal Johnson Tribble.
She is survived by: her daughter Rita Cook of Gilbertsville, KY; her grandchildren, Kristy Kay Settle (Chip) of Benton, KY and Matthew Lee McReynolds (Michelle Collins) of Paducah, KY; her great grandchild Kaylee Paige Jackson (Dillon) of Murray, KY; and her great great grandchild Kaislee Marie Jackson.
