It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pete Jackson of Calvert City, Kentucky, born in Eddyville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Lee Jackson and Kathern Smith Jackson. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Diane Whiteside (Danny), Debra Newman (James), Billy Bye (Teresa) and Bob Bye (Ann); his stepchildren, Angela Lindsey, Craig Lindsey and Teddy Lindsey; his sisters, Marie Bye and Betty Shaffer; and his stepson Jimmy Lindsey.
