He is survived by: his wife Gail Finley Philbee of Calvert City; and his children, Jennifer Symonds (Darrin) of Belleville, IL, Paul Philbee III (Kelly) of Oscoda, MI, Timothy Philbee (Joan) of Calvery City, KY, Eric Philbee (Robin) of Wolcott, NY and Jamie Philbee (Betty) of Wolcott, NY. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren.
