He was predeceased by: his parents, Opie Holland and Thelma Holland Sr. (Cluck). He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Allen of Farmington, KY, Angeline Brown of Nowata, OK and Donald Holland of Fairland, OK; and his daughters, Stacy Smalley of Claremore, OK and Nancy Congleton of Claremore, OK.
