Phillips of Calvert City; his parents, Bill Phillips and Betty Phillips of Reidland; his children, Robert Faulkner of Reidland, Jenny Lynn Phillips of Ashland City, TN and Stefanie Nicole Phillips of Calvert City; his brother Michael Wade Phillips of Virginia; and his granddaughter Riley Phillips of Ashland City, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
