She is survived by: her children, Glenda Lewis of Valparaiso, IN, Janie Lazaro of Portage, IN, Jeri Shelton of Calvert City, KY, Cheryl Parker of Norwalk, OH, Robin Collins of Evansville, IN and Bob Dotlich of Sperry, OK; and her siblings, Ann Gardner Howell of Madisonville, KY and Champie Gardner of Providence, KY. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
