He is survived by: his wife Carol Babb Draffen; his sons, Samuel Tip Draffen (Angela) of Draffenville, John Mark Draffen (Jennifer) of San Mateo and Stephen Babb Draffen of Oxford, Mississippi; his nieces, Misti Jaco and DeeAnn Bogaczyk; his grandchildren, Kylie Jones, Oliver Draffen, Eleanor Draffen and Amelia Draffen; and his pet Rex.
