He was predeceased by: his parents, James Greenwell and Genevieve Greenwell. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Greenwell; his children, Vickie Moody (Troy), Lisa Greenwell (David Joyce) and Steven Greenwell (Dawn); his grandchildren, Devon Smith (Alan), Dakota Schmidt (Logan), Dalton Moody, Christian Krupa, Tyler Lillevig, Nick Krupa and Skyler Greenwell; his great grandchildren, Max Smith, Finley Schmitt and Mila Schmitt; and his siblings, Jerry Greenwell, Beverly Smith and Barbara Jones (Nancy).
In leu of giving flowers, the family asks that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Mercy Hospice (Paducah, KY) or the Alzheimer's Foundation in his name.
