We are sad to announce that on December 30, 2023, at the age of 73, Gary Lee Cope of Calvert City, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay Cope and Katherine Blankenship Cope; his brothers, Larry, Kenneth and Barry Cope; and his granddaughter Nikea Cope.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughters, Terry James-Lax (Michael) of Murray, Tammy Metzger of Pryorsburg and Tracy Cope of Murfreesboro; his brother Carrol Wayne Cope of Lone Oak; and his grandchildren, Justin, Jerikka Neville, Devin, Damion, Caleb Metzger and Lexi Cope. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
