He is survived by: his wife Patti West of Calvert City; his daughter Kaitlyn West of Nashville; his stepdaughters, Leah Gillham of Calvert City and Laura Sharp (Abe) of Nashville; his sister Sandy Grogan; and his grandsons, Grant Gillham and Landon Gillham.
