She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Phelps and Ethel Phelps; her husband Fred Hill; her son Carl Eugene Hill; her brothers, William Phelps, Joe Phelps, Claude Phelps, Aubery Phelps, Uel Phelps and Boyd Phelps; and her children-in-law, Leroy Moyers and Adriene Sue Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Sheilia J. Moyers of Benton, Joe M. Hill (Sylvia) of Benton, Murrell W. Hill of Calvert City and Gerald W. Hill (Pam) of Benton; her sister Tommie Phelps Jackson of Troy, Michigan; and her grandchildren, Gwen Moss, Troy Hill, Greg Hill, Jessie Moyers, Jeffrey Moyers, Daniel Hill, Shawn Hill and Adam Hill. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
