He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Bell (Snardon) and Sam H. Bell. He is survived by: his wife Rose Bell (Swinney); his children, Wendy Kemp (Bell) and Sam Bell (Mimi); his granddaughters, Brittany Kemp, Kristen (Kemp), Alayna Bell and Alyssa Bell; his great grandchildren, Elijah Uthman, Micah, Uthman Tyler Berger Jr. and Charlotte Berger; and his sister Ann (Bell) Woolridge (James). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
