She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hamilton and Polly Lucas (Cornett); her husband Thomas Ray Smith; and her brother Greg Hamilton. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Ann Black (Zeke) and William Thomas Smith (Christine); her grandchildren, Jared Brandon Smith, Micah Nathaniel Smith, Mackenzie Ann Black, Taylor Renee Black and Collin Thomas Black; her great grandchild Maxwell Albin Moore; her nephew Brad Hamilton; and her siblings, John Hamilton and Joan Carson.
