He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis E. McCormack and Goldie Hadler McCormack; and his brother Paul Richard McCormack. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Michael (Valerie), Dale (Sue), Mark (Gayle), Jonathan, Jennifer Schultheis and Julie Ray-Ritchie (Joe); and his grandchildren, Daniel McCormack (Ashley), John McCormack, David McCormack, Miranda Smallwood (Matthew), Joshua McCormack, Ashley Tabor, Amanda Tabor, Roland McCormack, Christy Jones, Andrew Jones, Lauren Leach (John), Angel Tant, Jade Tant, Gannon Ritchie and Beckett Ritchie. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Worship Ministry or Renew Campaign of Hurstbourne Baptist Church.
