It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Catherine Ham Carver of California, Kentucky, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Breckel and Antoinette Breckel; her siblings, Lawrence "Junie" George Breckel, Charles Breckel, Joe Breckel, Louis Edward Breckel, Sr., Antoinette Hortenbery, Dorothy Lambert and Rita Breckel; and her siblings-in-law, Joe Zwischenberger, Ernest Meeks, Rex Philips, Frank Lambert, Dorothy "Doddie" Breckel, Eloise Breckel, Joan Breckel, Patricia Breckel and Virginia Breckel.

She is survived by: her children, Rita Pence, Joseph Ham (Lois), Steve Carver, Martina Carver Simpson, Geraldine Carver Bell, Tim Carver and Kathy Carver; and her siblings, Marilyn Meeks, Barbara Zwischenberger, Joan Herp (Don), Paula Phillips and Bernie Breckel. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
