It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Ann Kelley of California, Kentucky, who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joy Ann Kelley to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Kaiser and Ida Kaiser; and her husband Joseph T. Kelley Sr.. She is survived by: her sisters, Kathryn Stephens (Steve) and Jackie Plante (Gaston); her children, Joseph Kelley Jr. (Teresa), Mark Kelley (Julie) and Gwendolyn Peake (Alan); her grandchildren, Tiffany Jenkins (Drew), Trent Kelley (Kelsi), Anthony Kelley (Rachel), Austin Kelley (Liz), Alan Peake Jr. (Olivia) and Amanda Stevens (Lee); her great grandchildren, Porter, Charlotte, Knox, Amelia, Pearl, Sabastian, Landon, Colton, Jackson, June, Easton, Olivia, Scarlett and Calvin; and her granddaughter Joy. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
