He was predeceased by: his stepfather Irving Bernard Klempner. He is survived by: his parents, Harvey Sherman Chadwell, Jr. and Lillie Mae Klempner; his children, Jeffrey Vierling, Corey Moore, Farrah Chadwell and Jaleb Chadwell; his significant other Teri Irwin; and his significant other's children, Courtney, Sarah and Taylor. He is also survived by two grandchildren; in addition to, a host of nieces and nephews.
