He was predeceased by: his parents, TJ Sparks and Nellie Hampton Sparks; and his brothers, Ronnie and Terry Sparks. He is survived by: his son Thomas K. Sparks (Danielle); his sister Rita Patrick; and his grandchildren, Justin Sparks (Caiti), Bridgette Sparks, Alara Sparks and Kimberly Sparks.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel (99 Cedar Grove Rd, Irvine, KY 40336). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
