She was predeceased by: her father Henry Lee Fulton; and her siblings, Doug Wordlow and Gloria Carr. She is survived by: her mother Maymie Wordlow; her son Jemiah K. Clay (Traci); her grandchildren, Kaylyn L. Reed, J'Tasya Y. Story, Tiara J. Clay, Thai M. Clay, Sami J. Clay, Sadie J. Clay and Jemiah K. Clay Jr.; her siblings, Vivian Puckett, Debra Ann Billups, Linda Kirkland, Darryl Wordlow, Donnie Wordlow, Gary Wordlow, Kenny Wordlow and Clarence Wordlow; and her close friend Gilda Lewis. She is also survived by 4 great-grandsons, 3 great-granddaughters.
