He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Singleton and Frank Foster; and his brother Woodrow Singleton, Jr.. He is survived by: his friend Bill W.; his wife Cindy Foster; his children, Dale Foster (Shannon), Deanna Foster and Nathan Foster (Deborah); his grandchildren, Scott (Kalynn), Austin, Samantha, Hayley, Chelsey, Amber, Whitney, Sian and Zoe; his great grandchildren, Abigail, Maddex, Nova and Penelope; and his siblings, Danny Singleton, Alan Singleton and Debbie Carta.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Moe's honor to Hosparus and American Brain Tumor Association.
