She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Lewis and Mary Elizabeth Tillett Lewis; her former husband Edward Scott Duvall; her son Jay Scott Duvall; her grandson Alex Bates; and her siblings, James B. Lewis, Carol Ann Harrod and Doris Jean Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angie Bates (Glen), Janet Eadens (Dave) and Jill Duvall; and her grandchildren, Candice Byrne (Brian), Casey Bates (Stefanie), Abby Bates (Jeremiah), Scotty Duvall (Cecilia), Tyler Duvall, Shelby Eadens, Ashley Duvall, Steve Duvall and Jasmine Maye.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to hospice.
