He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Hubbard and Alice Hubbard; and his brother Doug Hubbard. He is survived by: his sister Denise; his brother-in-law David Rich; and his friends, Bob, Gail Casamer, Leon and Debbie Allen.

Donations may be made to The Humane Society in honor of Dennis' love for dogs.
