As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Charles may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Codey and Anna Codey; and his grandparents, Rufus and Lilly Mae Wood. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Codey-Freed and Maryanna Codey-Hill; his wife Doris Codey; and his son Curtis Codey. He is also survived by six grandchildren & eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation or Parkinson's Foundation.
