She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Moore and Annie Ray White Moore; and her son Steve Fulkerson. She is survived by: her husband John Fulkerson; her children, Johnny Fulkerson (Christy) of Elba and Annie Payne (Gregory) of Maceo; her grandchildren, Travis Fulkerson (Shana), Ashley Fulkerson, Autumn Payne, Alexandra Payne, John Thomas Fulkerson (Heaven), Heather Colvin (Matthew) and Sara Fulkerson; her sister Gloria Vanover of Texas; and her brother-in-law Darrell English of Paducah. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
