Viola Coomes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Viola Coomes (Calhoun, Kentucky), born in Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on October 10, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Brown and Eufala Baker Brown; her husband James Louis Coomes; and her children, James L. Coomes, Jr., Denis S. Coomes and Connie Lindsey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Henderson of Horsebranch and Sue Dwire (Lynn) of Manitou; and her sister Brenda Sandefur of Calhoun. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; 18 great great grandchildren.
